50 foot swim deck, then cool off with a fresh water shower on
the dock. Whether your fishing, boating, or swimming from our
dock, you'll find this large cove one of the calmest on the lake,
for all your water sports.

* Available for your use is a large swim deck and one
  covered 10 ft. x 25 ft. boat slip. Dock is fully wired
  with power and lighting. Please shut off all power
  when not being used. Water depth on the dock will
  vary according to current lake levels so NEVER
  DIVE OFF THE DOCK ALWAYS JUMP FEET
  FIRST. Typically during summer months water
  depth at the shallow end of the dock (closest
  to the house) will vary in depth from 5 ft. to 6 ft.,
  at the other end of the dock (farthest from the
  house) will vary in depth from 7ft. to 8 ft. Dock
  is equipped with swim ladder for your swimming
  convenience. Please when ladder is not in use,
  lift it out of the water and secure with holding pin.
  Keep in mind that heavy winds can blow items
  into the water so secure all items down when
  these conditions could exist.

  Each person is responsible for his or her water
  safety and life saving devices Children under 12
  years of age will be required to wear approved
  personal flotation when on the boat dock at all
  times. No Exception! No hard play, pushing or
  unsafe behavior will be permitted on or near
  water. Boat trailers may be stored in the
  maintenance area where trash dumpster is
  located at end of subdivision.
